Return & Exchange Policy

What is the Rootblue return policy?

Return or exchange any unused Rootblue Bottle or defective Rootblue Bottle attachments by mail to our warehouse address specified at the bottom of this document. Returns made within 30 days of purchase will be provided with a full refund as stated in the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of original payment will be refunded with Rootblue e-merchandise credit, and can be used to acquire alternative Rootblue merchandise options.

How long will it take for my return or exchange to process?

Upon sending out a returned or exchanged item, please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mailed out your return/exchange for it to be processed. A Rootblue representative will email you once we have processed your request. If you have requested an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee on your new order. To expedite the process, please indicate the exchange within the return parcel for us to better accommodate your new Rootblue item.

What if my product is damaged or defective?

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please call (775) 235-8447 and a Rootblue representative will help you exchange or return the item.

Do you offer price adjustments?

We’re happy to issue a one-time price adjustment for an item on our website if it goes on sale 14 days after your purchased item has been shipped. Please contact info@rootblue.org, and a representative will refund you the difference from the original price to the discounted price. Rootblue LLC is unable to issue price adjustments for any products that you purchase in our partnering retail stores.
